Your next stop is Wallaroo, a historic port town with a strong maritime heritage. Continue to Moonta Bay, part of the famed Copper Coast. Known for its clear waters and family-friendly shallows, it’s a great place to pause for lunch or explore nearby Moonta’s heritage streets and mining history. From here, drive inland to Kadina, the largest town on the Copper Coast, offering retail, cafés, and the chance to delve deeper into the region’s copper-mining story.
Begin the northern return leg through Snowtown, where wide streets and quiet country pace reflect the agricultural heart of the region.
