Reception is open for check-in from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and from 2pm to 4pm on weekends and public holidays. If you arrive outside these hours, please call our office number and we’ll be happy to assist you. After hours, our staff will either answer your call directly or return your message promptly, ensuring you receive the support you need for a smooth check-in.

We're located on the corner of Alexander Street and Florence Street in the heart of Port Pirie's CBD. Port Pirie is situated approximately 5–7 km east of National Highway One. Simply follow the signs from the highway exit to reach the CBD. To access the carpark, you must firstly check-in.

Secure car-parking is located at the rear of the property off Alexander Street and can be accessed with your room key card from 2pm on arrival until 10am on check-out day.

Each apartment features a desk, chair and lamp to create an ideal workspace for studying or remote work, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet environment to help you maximise your focus and comfort. For your convenience, printing services are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, at the front desk, making it easy to access this amenity whenever you need it.

Port Pirie offers a wide variety of sporting disciplines near Thirty-nine Alexander, along with cafes, restaurants, pubs, a theatre, museums, a tourism and arts centre, and retail shopping. For example, visitors can enjoy local favourites such as the Port Pirie Regional Art Gallery or relax at popular cafes like Café One Two Four. The beach leisure area includes facilities for skateboarding and BMX, a jetty, playgrounds with BBQs surrounded by lawns and gardens. The skate park and jetty are especially popular spots for families and young people seeking a fun day out.
